Hilden Oaks Prep is a small independent co-educational school and nursery in Tonbridge, for children aged 3 months to 11 year. Mrs Wade became Headteacher of Hilden Oaks in September 2024 having been Deputy Head for the past nine years, where she was instrumental in implementing many of the successful initiatives that were introduced during that time. Hilden Oaks is known as the ‘small school that cultivates brilliance’, and Mrs Wade is very much looking forward to continuing the mantle of making an excellent school even better. On her appointment Mrs Wade said
“My vision is for Hilden Oaks to be the best future-focused school where pupils, staff, and families become kind, brave, and brilliant, making a positive impact on the world. I am thrilled to lead this gem of a small school, with such skilful, dedicated staff, and inspiring pupils and families”.
