The Wines of California & Oregon

As the autumn starts to set in, we’ll be getting to grips with the delicious wines of California and Oregon. Californian growers have been focusing more on identifying the optimum sites for viticulture and continue to produce ripe, but nowadays more elegant, styles of wine. The wines of Oregon will give us a chance to explore some smaller producers growing vines and making wine in a cooler, wetter climate, which will provide some interesting contrast.
