St Julians Club – a great venue

We enjoyed our latest #MyTime Event at St Julians Club this week talking all things ‘Blog’ with a fantastic group of local women.

Topics of their blogs included interiors, personal training, dancing, dentistry, horses, charity, festivals, yoga, swimming, cocktails, body positivity, massage and food so we had some great conversations and some clear future collaborations and friendships made.

It was a buzzy, positive, useful morning with our tutors Annabel Watts of Social Butterfly Communications and Gemma Mahoney-Jones of GMJ Digital.

Everyone who joined us had a moment to grab a coffee and introduce themselves to each other before we started the workshop.  We started with focussing the objective of the blog, who the audience was and therefore how and where to speak to them to create a strategy, before talking about implementation, collaborations and measurements of success.

It was a fast paced morning, covering a lot of ground and lunch was very welcome to enjoy networking together and ensuring everyone left feeling they had the tools and support to progress  their blog.

Once again St Julians Club proved to be a warm and comfortable venue to hold our event and lunch in the stunning Victorian conservatory under the wisteria with views across the weald, the icing on the cake.

Some testimonials

Fab event, learnt a lot and fab to meet new people.

Thanks for doing what you’re doing, it’s bringing so much help for us working mums who are often working alone and is such a treat to come, learn and chat.  Really valuable.

I really enjoyed learning new skills and meeting new people, brainstorming and idea sparking from listening.
